1 H. 25 Min.

3 medium beets, trimmed
3 cloves of garlic
½ cup tahini
1 cup yogurt
4 tbsp of lemon
1 tsp salt
olive oil, for drizzling
pepper, to taste

Wrap the beets in an airtight way using aluminum foil.

Place them on an oven tray lined with a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for about an hour.

Then let it cool.

You can cook beets with their skin on, but if you’d still like to peel them off, you could set the trimmings aside to use in a vegetable soup.

Cut the beets into small pieces and pass them through the food processor along with other ingredients.

Transfer it to the serving plate and drizzle with olive oil. Bon Appetit.
