Bluberry Muffin

Blueberries are always bought with such excitement and then usually forgotten in the fridge or freezer. Try our muffin recipe to turn your softened or frozen berries into yummy muffins.

Ingredients

200g blueberries
240g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
60g sugar
1 egg, beaten
120ml milk
30g butter, melted

Method

Preheat your Grundig oven to 200°C and grease the muffin trays.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl

Add in all the remaining ingredients slowly in the flour until it is moist.

You can mash the berries if you'd like to add some color to your muffins naturally. Avoid over mixing the ingredients. Once done, pour it out equally into the muffin trays.

Bake for 25 minutes, bon appetit!
