Serves 2
2 pieces of lavash bread
5 tbsp leftover cooked chickpeas
2 tbsp of yoghurt with cucumber
1/2 red onion
2 lettuce
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil


Heat the cooked chickpeas in olive oil in a pan.

Thinly slice the onion.

Place the pieces of lavash bread side-by-side.

Spread the yoghurt with cucumber onto the lavash. Add the cooked chickpeas, onions and lettuce leaves.

Drizzle lemon juice over top and make a wrap.
