Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt to the egg mixture.
Mix the cream, milk and half of the melted butter into the batter.
Combine the remaining sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
Heat the pan. Put the remaining butter into the donut hollows and heat.
Spoon the donut dough in the hollows and fry.
Leave some space around the edges to accommodate rising.
Fry the donuts for 3-4 minutes on both sides until brown.
Coat the donuts with the cinnamon sugar mix.
