Easy

Ingredients

100g softened butter
125g sugar, granulated
1 egg
30g molasses
250g flour, all-purpose
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon, grounded
1 tsp cloves, grounded
1 tsp ginger, grounded

Method

Preheat your Grundig oven to 170°C.

Use a Grundig mixer to mix butter, molasses, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix salt, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, and ginger.

Using lower speed on the hand blender, slowly mix it all in until it gets dough-like consistency.

Split the dough into equal-sized pieces and lay them on a pre-greased tray or baking paper in a circle.

Bake for 12 minutes and leave it cool down. Don't forget to keep them in airtight containers for longer freshness. Enjoy!
