3 limes' juice
2/3 cup olive oil
2 small cloves of garlic
1/2 a bunch parsley
1/2 a bunch fresh mint
1/2 a bunch dill
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper


Blend all ingredients in the blender, it can be used for 2-3 weeks in the jar with the lid well closed.

Use this versatile recipe as a sauce for marinating meat, pasta, salads, sandwich and all proteins.
