Place the meat in a small pan, add the wine and heat.
Peel the boiled potato and mash with milk. Add the egg yolks and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Coarsely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the meat.
Cover the meat with the mashed potato. Use a fork to give it a fluffy texture.
Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until the potato topping is brown.
