Sometimes you only need the yolk of an egg, so at such times whites tend to go to waste.
It is now possible to make sweet, sweet use of those egg whites at such times. The recipe calls for leftover egg whites instead of fresh because their staleness deepens the flavor.

3 Leftover egg whites
Half a teaspoon of cream of tartar
A little less than a cup of sugar
Half a teaspoon of vanilla


Add the cream of tartar to the eggs and whisk until it gets light and fluffy.

Then we slowly add in the sugar and vanilla without flattening the eggs by whisking too hard.

Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
