Plum Pudding is a delicious recipe that lets you use those odd amounts of fresh or dried fruit leftovers. Why limit this wonderful Christmas tradition to just Christmas? To prepare it, you can use the traditional recipe or create your own with leftovers.
Grease the container where you'll be making the pudding.
In a large saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, milk, dates, raisins, and fruit-peels like orange and leave them to boil.
After it boils, take it off the fire and add in the baking soda. Then, sift the flour, cinnamon, and salt in. Mix well and transfer into the container you've prepared.
Cover the top with baking paper and steam cook it for 2 hours. Your pudding is ready.
