Watermelon Smoothie

Don't waste those rinds, it's easy to turn watermelon rinds into a delicious smoothie!

150g watermelon flesh
150g watermelon rind
150g frozen strawberries
1 tbsp honey
5ml lemon juice


Blitz all ingredients in the Grundig blender until completely smooth. If you notice your blender isn’t breaking down the rind completely, just pour the finished smoothie through a wire mesh sieve to strain out the larger bits.
