Slice the zucchini. Scoop out the insides using a spoon, place aside. Place on a tray and season with salt, black pepper, and coat of olive oil drizzle.
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized saucepan and saute the onions until they become translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add in the ground meat and cook for five more minutes until slightly browned.
